These terms apply to the text-message program run by Refuge Foundation (“Refuge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Refuge sends donation reminder text messages only to guests who request a giving reminder in our post-trip survey and separately consent to receive texts. We do not send general marketing updates or trip promotions by text.
In our post-trip survey you can ask for a giving reminder and, separately, check a box agreeing to receive those reminders by text at the mobile number you provide. The box is not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of attending a trip or making a donation.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP you will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also contact us at info@refugefoundation.org or (406) 794-6800.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share SMS opt-in data or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the providers that deliver our texts, including HubSpot and its messaging partners.
